Bio

Hi, I’m Rachel! My personal aesthetic is rooted in the natural world and in art. I was born and raised in Alaska and later spent seven years living in Europe. These places have greatly informed how I see and relate to the world around me. I enjoy surrounding myself with nature, art, and meaningful objects. I’m drawn to beauty, whether it’s sitting by the ocean, skiing in the mountains, looking at compelling art, or simply placing my feet on a beautifully woven wool rug. I love to move through my life by taking it in through my senses.

One of my greatest joys is experiencing and creating beauty with others. And in my career, that translates to helping people create spaces that feel both elevated and deeply personal.

I hold a PhD in Scandinavian design, a master’s degree in material culture, and a bachelor’s degree in art history. This academic foundation informs my work with an understanding of how to work with design, form, and materials, allowing me to thoughtfully guide my clients in creating spaces that feel intentional and uniquely their own.
